Digital content and online courses
- Refund eligibility: Given the nature of digital content and online courses, refunds are generally not offered once the course has been accessed or downloaded unless otherwise stated on our website. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances.
- Exceptional circumstances: These may include technical issues preventing course access, significant course content discrepancies, or other unique situations evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Time frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase or enrolment.
- Process: To request a refund, please contact us via one of the contact methods listed on our contact page and provide your purchase details along with a brief explanation of your reason for the request.
Live events and workshops
- Cancellation policy: For cancellations of live events or workshops, a full refund will be available if you cancel at least 14 days before the event. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
- Rescheduling: In the event of rescheduling by us, registrants will have the option to either attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.
